Terms and Conditions for the Allinga TTS Giveaway by LZE GmbH

Organizer

The organizer of the giveaway is LZE GmbH.

Eligibility

Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 years or older who use Allinga Text-to-Speech (TTS). Participation is free of charge.

LZE GmbH reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation if there are justified grounds, such as a violation of these terms and conditions, manipulation, etc.

Participation mediated through providers of online giveaway search engines is excluded. LZE GmbH reserves the right to block such entries.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway will take place from April 9th, 2026, to June 2nd, 2026.

Task and Prize

To participate, audio entries (e.g., voiceovers, podcast snippets, system announcements) must be submitted that can be proven to have been created using Allinga TTS. One entry will be selected from all valid submissions.

The prize consists of a free Allinga TTS Premium Package for a duration of four months.

The prize is personal and non-transferable.

Cash payment—even in part—is not possible. Exchange is excluded.

The sale of the prize is expressly prohibited.

The prize must be redeemed within 3 months of receipt.

The prize will lapse if the winner is unable to redeem it. In this case, cash payment, payment in kind, transfer of the prize to another person, or exchange is also not possible.

Determination of Winners and Notification

The winner will be determined after the end of the giveaway by an internal jury based on the creativity of the submission. The winner will be notified via direct message on LinkedIn or, if the entry was submitted via email, by email.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the claim to the prize will lapse, and a new winner will be determined using the same procedure.

Rights of Use and Indemnification

By participating in the giveaway, participants agree that the winner’s name and the submitted project/audio sample may be published in connection with reporting on the giveaway (e.g., on LinkedIn or the LZE GmbH website).

By submitting an entry, participants also guarantee that they hold all necessary rights (in particular copyrights to the texts used) for the created audio contributions and do not violate the rights of third parties. Participants indemnify LZE GmbH against all claims by third parties asserted on the basis of the submitted entries.

Data Protection Notice

Within the scope of the giveaway, personal data of the participants (e.g., name, email address if applicable) will be used exclusively for the execution of the giveaway and—in the event of a win—for publication in accordance with the “Rights of Use and Indemnification” section. Data will not be passed on to third parties. The stored data will be deleted after the conclusion of the giveaway, provided that there are no statutory retention obligations.

Final Provisions

The legal process is excluded (Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen).
